For the purist at heart. This is the original Liège waffle, sometimes called a Belgian pearl sugar waffle, is made with a yeasted butter-brioche dough, with real Belgian pearl sugar mixed in before baking. As it cooks, the sugar caramelizes, creating a waffle that is crunchy and sweet on the outside, buttery and flakey on the inside. Top it with a dusting of powdered sugar, or on its own for an experience like no other.
We take The Original and stuff it with melty semi-sweet chocolate chips for the chocolate lover in you. Each bite mixes the richness of chocolate with the buttery goodness of our waffles. Don’t skip this one!
This one is so good it’s almost unfair. We take The Original, and this time we stuff it with caramel baking bits that create gooey pockets of caramel goodness throughout the waffle. Because the caramel is baked in, there’s no sticky mess to worry about, and you can even take this one to go and eat it one-handed!
The Original. Bacon. Stuffed. Like, what more can I say? Smokey and savory, we put bacon crumbles inside the waffle to create the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
The Monte Cristo
We take The Original, stuff it with smokey ham and melty Swiss cheese, dust it with a little powdered sugar and serve it with a side of raspberry jam. The waffle that eats like a meal, this one hits different.
The Maple Bacon
So you’re looking for something on the savory side, but want a little extra “breakfasty” kick? Why not try The Maple Bacon? We top The Original with smokey bacon crumbles candied in real maple syrup for that log cabin taste, minus the flannel. For the lumber jack in you!
The Lemon Curd
Why should savory have all the fun? The Lemon Curd is wonderfully light and bright on the palette. We take The Original, add a drizzle of lemon curd, some fresh raspberries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and just the right amount of whipped cream.
Let us take you down, cause we’re going! We top The Original with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and silky whipped cream.
Our take on a New Orleans classic, we stuff The Original with banana slices and caramel bits, and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce and silky whipped cream.
